Integrated Care Fellowships - Mid and South Essex, Primary Care
An exciting opportunity has become available for GPs, Nurses and other clinical staff working in primary care across Mid and South Essex. In Partnership with Health Education England, applications are now open for the exciting new Integrated Care Fellowship Programme.
The Integrated Care Fellowship Programme aims to bring together talented partners from across the system and invite them to learn, work and develop solutions together. The programme will run from September 2021 to August 2022 and will be split into two main areas:
- Taught programme of study and education – will consist of a variety of education modules, skills workshops, and action learning sets
- System based project – working with a multidisciplinary group, developing a system project that will be based on a real issue within Mid and South Essex
We are looking for GPs in their first five years, Nurses, AHPs, Physician Associates, Pharmacists and other primary care clinicians. Successful applications will be released for 2 sessions per week, usually on Thursday. Practices will be reimbursed sessions released to attend teaching/group activities.
