My Health Matters campaign now launched

The CCGs in mid and south Essex have launched a new campaign called ‘My Health Matters’.

‘My Health Matters’ aims to bring together tools, tips and resources that can help people across mid and south Essex to take care of themselves and support their health and wellbeing.

The aim of the campaign is to help to free up healthcare professionals in GP practices to spend more time with those that need it most. We hope it will link in well with Primary Care Network initiatives to strengthen self-care within the community.

The ‘My Health Matters’ campaign will focus on positive and motivating messages to support people to take control of and improve their health and wellbeing.

If you would like to be an ambassador for the campaign or know a good case study of a patient that have taken control of their long term condition/health, please email [email protected] with ‘My Health Matters’ in the subject line.

For full assets and resources, including a campaign toolkit with copy for practice websites, please visit the healthcare professional’s website.
