Physiotherapy and MSK appointments virtually (telephone and video), Urgent referrals only being accepted, routine referrals are to be sent to the service once face to face resumes. Service not currently offering face to face appointments. Service is curently being offered in the following locations:

2. Grays Hub, John Tallack Centre, Thurrock Community Hospital, Grays, Essex, RM16 2PX
