East of England Children and Young People’s Diabetes Network

Those who remain in the CYP diabetes services have been re-designing their services as they are no longer able to see patients face to face. Many are now offering telephone and video clinics and are using a new education app called Digibete in order to continue to deliver education and support to their patients and their families.
