Support for our diverse colleagues

As part of the national health and wellbeing programme for our NHS people, and working in collaboration with our staff networks, we have developed a number of bespoke support offers for our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) NHS colleagues.

We are pleased to share with you offers of support for BAME NHS Staff which are now live.

These are:-

• Mental Health First Aid Training
• Strength Coaching (Train the Trainer)

BAME colleagues across the NHS can apply and we hope to ensure good regional balance too. Applications can be made via the link and the closing date is 14/2/21.
