Wider Workforce Coaching Offer

While GPs can access coaching support via the RCGP, the Training Hub recognises the need for other staff to also access individual 1:1 coaching. We’re pleased to announce this service is available via TPC Health, to anyone working in primary care in Mid and South Essex.

The offer is 4 x 1-hour coaching sessions delivered virtually via MS Teams (or an alternative method to suit each participant) by an external executive leadership coach. The coaches have an appreciation of the MSE system and the pressures currently being faced in primary care. After four sessions, you may apply for more sessions if required.

The offer is open to all primary care staff (excl. GP’s) working within Mid and South Essex in any capacity and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. To express an interest in this programme, please contact [email protected].
