The Mid and South Essex Health and Care Partnership is our integrated care system. It brings together key health and care organisations across the area, including our acute trust, three upper tier Local Authorities, three community/mental health providers, five CCGs working with over 150 GP practices, and a range of partner organisations.  We have a bold ambition to deliver improved outcomes for our 1.2m population and we are placing innovation at the heart of realizing this ambition. 

MSE Partners Delivery Support will provide a source of support, development and coordination to the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System, helping secure the best value from transformation, improvement and redesign activity, and helping develop robust strategic insight analysis and evaluation capability across our organisations. It will enable partnerships beneficial to our residents , such as through clinical and academic engagement, resident and patient involvement and health and care innovation. MSE Partners will support the System Leadership Executive Group with their remit to implement the Health and Care Partnership Strategy, through well-managed system wide strategic projects and activities, enabling engagement and shared learning across partner organisations.

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced portfolio director to lead the MSE Partners Delivery Support function, ensuring that it serves the needs of partners and the population, and works in partnership with all sectors and local residents.
